The Christian Academy is organized pursuant to the provisions of the general non-profit corporation law of the State of Florida. The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, and including, to the extent permitted by said section 501 (c)(3), the following:

• To raise the economic, educational, spiritual and social levels of the residents in the community.
• To foster and promote community-wide interest and concern for the problems of such community to the end that discrimination may be eliminated, sickness, poverty and crime may be lessened and educational and economic opportunities may be expanded among the residents of such communities.
• To expand the opportunities available to said residents and groups to own, manage and operate business enterprises by furthering the development of locally owned or operated business enterprises in economically underprivileged or depressed area.
• To assist said residents and groups in developing entrepreneurial and management skills necessary for the successful operation of business enterprises.
